Precision Die-Cutting & Customization
Standard products cover 80% of scenarios; the remaining 20% call for customization. Die-cutting to drawing, custom shapes, pre-printing and print service let the label fit the container or component itself.
Small batches, still built to drawing
Cryovial diameters run from 12 mm to 30 mm, and there are microplate wells, frosted slide areas and conical tube curvatures — standard sizes rarely fit exactly. Poor conformity leads directly to edge lift and detachment.
We die-cut to drawing: you provide a dimensioned drawing or a physical sample, we complete the cutting die, sampling and on-machine validation, and then move to volume production; beyond labels we also die-cut tapes, insulating sheets, masking parts and other functional parts.
We also support colour coding, pre-printed barcodes and text, core selection and print service, so that laboratories or production lines without printing equipment receive finished goods directly.

Four customization options
Die-cutting to drawing
Custom shapes, rounded corners and multi-column layouts, with label exit direction optimized for the container curvature.
Functional part die-cutting
Tapes, insulating sheets, masking parts and structural parts, die-cut and stripped to drawing.
Pre-printing and variable data
Colour coding, pre-printed barcodes and text, with batch variable data support.
Print service
Laboratories or production lines without printing equipment can purchase finished labels directly.
From drawing to delivery
01 Drawing / sample
Provide a dimensioned drawing, the physical container or an existing label sample.
02 Cutting die and proofing
The cutting die is produced and samples are made to confirm conformity and print quality.
03 Validation
Freeze-thaw, wiping and on-machine tests following your actual workflow.
04 Volume delivery
Production after specification confirmation, with batch-by-batch COC.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to provide for a custom job?
Ideally a dimensioned drawing (AI/PDF/CAD) or a physical sample, together with the substrate material, labelling method and printer model.
Are small batches possible?
Yes. Die-cut products can be produced in small trial batches; the minimum order quantity depends on size, material and die complexity.
What if we have no printer?
Choose the print service: we print finished labels from your data and ship them directly.
Not sure which material to use?
Tell us the substrate, service temperature, print method and service life, and a materials engineer will propose a combination, with free samples and print validation.
