Can I get free samples?
Yes. Free samples of standard materials are available and we cover the shipping; custom sizes require confirmation before sampling.
How long does a quotation take?
Standard products are usually quoted the same day; custom products require confirmation of size, material and quantity, typically 1–2 working days.
Which payment and delivery methods do you support?
Bank transfer and major online payment methods; next-day delivery in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and standard logistics lead times elsewhere.
Can you issue an invoice?
Yes, both VAT special invoices and standard invoices.
